• one-sided automatic edge banding machine with
  • pre-milling unit (double cutter left/right rotation) with ø80 mm cutter equipped; 1,1kW motor per unit and 12000min-1 cutter speed
  • glue tank with heating control and direct glue delivery to straight workpieces
  • crosscut saw unit for cutting the edge band (one unit each for front and rear side) 0,35kW motor per unit and 12000min-1 (saw blade speed)
  • double trimming unit for trimming the edge overhang on the workpiece (top/bottom) with form cutter straight or with radius 2 mm;  0,75KW motor per unit and 18000min-1
  • straight scraper unit (top/bottom side)
  • polishing unit (top/bottom) 0,18 kW per unit and 1400min-1
• pressure rollers ensure an ideal connection between laminate and workpiece
• automatic and constant panel feed thanks to chain conveyor drive and powerful motor
• gluing temperature can be set electronically on the touch display
• edge band support table
