Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump 8319 Flexbimec

This pneumatic double diaphragm pump is suitable for use with fluids of higher viscosity or those containing solid particles (up to 3.5 mm in size). The unit is self-priming (up to 5 meters suction lift), operates without any electrical power supply, and can run dry without damaging the pump. Thanks to its robust construction, it is particularly well-suited for industrial and hazardous environments, and it complies with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU – Zone 2.
The pump housing is made of aluminum, the diaphragms are composed of Hytrel® and PTFE, the check valve balls are PTFE, the seals are made of Viton®, and the valve seats are also aluminum. This material combination ensures excellent chemical resistance, durability, and reliable performance under demanding conditions.
The pump can be wall-mounted using a dedicated bracket (Article 7818), designed specifically for this model.
