Capacitor discharge welding of M4, M5 and M6 studs. The GYSPOT ALU 66 is dedicated to straightening ALUMINIUM body components. The station welds studs to eliminate dents and impacts (door panels, hoods, etc.) without stripping. CHARACTERISTICS Microprocessor control Choice of two modes : - Voltage (adjustable from 50 V to 200 V). - Power (adjustable from 0 to 10). Capacitor discharge 66 mF Fast welding (3 millisecond). Automatic gun : Included : - The gun has no trigger; welding is triggered automatically when the tip slides into the gun. The earth terminals are integrated to the gun. - Manual spring force adjustment. - Automatic gun with 3 earth terminals included.
